Privacy policy

This site collects as little as it can. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. Nothing is loaded from another company until you ask for it.

What we store ourselves

License enquiries. If you use the form for licenses above 500 sites, we store your name, email address, the number of sites you mention and your message. That record sits in our own database, not with any other party, and we use it only to answer you. We keep it for 12 months after the conversation ends, then delete it.

Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. They are not linked to anything else and are rotated automatically.

Cookies

Two, both strictly necessary, both first-party: a session cookie that lets the site remember a form submission across a page load, and a token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. They carry no profile and are not used to track you, which is why there is no cookie banner.

When you buy Pro

Purchases are handled by Freemius, which acts as the Merchant of Record: they are the seller on your invoice and they process the payment. When you open the checkout, your name, email address, billing address and payment details go to them, not to us. That is true even though the checkout opens on top of this page.

We receive from Freemius what we need to support you: your email address, which product and license you bought, and whether that license is active. We never see your card details.

Support

Support runs through the plugin's forum on wordpress.org, which is run by the WordPress Foundation under their own privacy policy. Anything you post there is public.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. For an enquiry you sent us, replying to our email and asking is enough. If you think we handle your data badly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
